A complete demo-to-finish master bath remodel. Original 1990s build had a corner garden tub no one used, a fiberglass shower stall starting to leak, and laminate vanities that had given up. Owners wanted a spa-style retreat with a curbless walk-in shower, freestanding tub, double vanity, and heated floors.
Scope included plumbing relocation, new venting, electrical for heated floors and lighting, full waterproofing under tile, custom-built shower niches with LED lighting, and a custom double vanity in white-oak veneer.
Relocating the tub plumbing required cutting and re-routing a slab line — a 1.5-day surgical operation we'd quoted carefully and the owners had pre-approved. The hardest call was finding the right freestanding tub: the architect's pick had a 28-day backorder. We sourced an in-stock equivalent with the owners' approval and kept the schedule. Final reveal: the owners' first long bath, with wine, the night the project closed out.
