New home framing — exposed walls and structure

Framing

Framing is the skeleton of your home. Get it square, plumb, and properly sized — every later trade benefits. Get it sloppy — and drywall, trim, cabinets, and flooring will pay the price for the next 50 years.

Our framing crew has been working together for years. That continuity matters. They know each other's pace, anticipate each other's moves, and produce frames that other trades love to work behind.

What We Frame

New single-family homes, additions, second-story pop-tops, garages, accessory dwelling units, light commercial structures, and remodel reconfigurations where load-bearing walls move or roof lines change.

Engineered & Stick-Built

We work fluently with conventional dimensional lumber and engineered products — LVLs, PSLs, glulams, I-joists, wood trusses. We follow the engineer's drawings to the letter and flag anything in the field that needs an RFI before we proceed.

Why Our Frames Are Different

Studs at 16" on center, not "close to 16." Headers properly sized for the load above. Hurricane ties and proper hold-downs where code calls for them. Top plates lapped at corners. Bottom plates anchored before sole plates land. Boring details? Yes. The kind of boring you want.
